Rothman, Kane's has grown into one of Florida's fastest-growing furniture retailers, offering an extensive range of products including home furnishings for living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, as well as mattresses and home accessories. With 17 store locations spanning over one million square feet in key Central Florida markets such as Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, and Orlando, we pride ourselves on delivering quality and style to our customers. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across all departments. This position requires a proactive, organized individual who can effectively manage tasks from a remote setting while embodying the values and mission of Kane’s Furniture. Your contribution will be vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence and helping us continue our tradition of providing the finest furniture solutions to our valued customers.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of reports and presentations.
  • Handle customer inquiries via email and phone, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and company records.
  • Conduct market research and compile data to support product development.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for necessary materials and services.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
