We are seeking a reliable Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our furnished apartment portfolio in New York City. The Property Manager ensures smooth tenant experiences, maintains property standards, coordinates maintenance, supports leasing activities, and works closely with our operations and concierge teams. This role balances customer service, property oversight, and operational responsibilities to support resident satisfaction and property performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned furnished apartment units
  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs and unit turnover preparation
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and service requests
  • Perform regular property inspections to ensure quality and compliance with standards
  • Arrange and supervise maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services
  • Assist with marketing available apartments and supporting leasing efforts
  • Maintain accurate records of property activities and tenant communications
  • Work with vendors, contractors, and support teams to uphold property standards

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree in real estate, business, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • Experience in property management, housing operations, hospitality, or real estate environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to coordinate maintenance and work with vendors effectively
  • Familiarity with property management software and basic office tools
  • Ability to work onsite and travel between properties as needed
