Your role and responsibilities
The HR BPO Sales Hunter will focus on new enterprise clients, using consultative selling to uncover complex MPHRO opportunities (like EDM, Payroll, Benefits, TA, HR tech), then partners internally (solution architects, delivery) to craft custom, high-value solutions, driving massive deals (multi-million dollar) from prospecting to close, focused purely on new logo acquisition across all sectors.
This job can be performed from anywhere in the US.
Required technical and professional expertise
10+ years of BPO sales or business development experience across RPO (Recruitment process outsourcing) and MPHRO (Multi-process HR outsourcing)
Ability to develop and execute strategies to target and acquire new BPO clients
Strong understanding of Hire-to-Retire lifecycle for full time employees and familiarity with contract staffing management
Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, negotiating contracts and terms.
High level familiarity with ERP and HR workflows (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle/Peoplesoft, ServiceNow HRSD, Workday etc).
Preferred technical and professional experience
MBA in HR
Industry Expertise: Experience in specific industries (e.g., CPG, Hi-tech or discreet manufacturing or Life sciences)
