Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist, EMEA is a high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment. You’ll play a key role in executing field marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) programs, while also supporting digital marketing, webinars, campaigns, and other regional marketing initiatives across EMEA.
This role is ideal for a marketer who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and wants exposure to multiple areas of B2B SaaS marketing while helping scale marketing efforts in a growing region.
Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of EMEA field marketing programs, including events (virtual and in-person), campaigns, and regional initiatives.
Assist with ABM programs in partnership with sales, including account targeting, campaign execution, and follow-up activities.
Work closely with sales and SDR teams to ensure alignment on regional priorities and campaigns.
Support regional digital campaigns across email, paid, and organic channels.
Assist with campaign setup, execution, and performance tracking.
Help localize and adapt global campaigns for EMEA markets.
Manage logistics and execution for EMEA webinars and virtual events, including coordination with speakers, promotion, and follow-up.
Support webinar content development in collaboration with product marketing and field marketing.
Act as a key marketing partner for the EMEA region, supporting a wide range of initiatives as needed.
Coordinate with global marketing teams to ensure EMEA needs are supported and represented.
Manage timelines, assets, and stakeholders across multiple projects.
Track and report on campaign and program performance.
Help identify opportunities to improve engagement, pipeline impact, and regional effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing (SaaS experience preferred).
Experience or exposure to field marketing, ABM, digital marketing, or demand generation.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
A proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to support a range of marketing initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working across EMEA markets is a plus.
