THE ROLE
Breakaway is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Artist Relations Interns to support the Artist Relations team during our Dallas, TX festival. This is a short-term, entry-level, hands-on role designed for individuals looking to gain real-world experience in live music, artist hospitality, and festival operations. Interns will work on-site during festival week, supporting artists, tour teams, and internal staff to help ensure smooth day-of-show execution and an exceptional artist experience.
This position is a festival weekend contract role, based in Dallas, TX, with a typical schedule of Thursday–Saturday (hours may vary based on operational needs and event schedules).
Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with general artist relations support tasks
- Drive vans, fetch supplies, and run errands as needed
- Support green room setup and upkeep
- Assist Coordinators and Support Staff on-site
- Be flexible and responsive to real-time needs
QUALIFICATIONS
- Local to the Dallas festival market
- Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving vans
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow directions and work on-site Thursday–Saturday
- No prior experience required
