JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work is either assigned through projects (typically in Azure DevOps) and ServiceNow

• Most efforts have some form of project update meeting or daily/weekly SCRUM

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, and OmniStudio to support complex business needs

• Build and enhance Experience Cloud sites to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly customer and partner experiences

• Configure and customize Salesforce components, including custom objects, fields, workflows, flows, and automation

• Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and third-party systems

• Collaborate in Agile/DevOps environments, troubleshooting issues, managing deployments with Git and CI/CD, and partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent AND 5-7 years of related experience

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, and OmniStudio as a must

• Strong background in designing and implementing Experience Cloud solutions

• Experience configuring Salesforce platforms (custom objects, fields, workflows, etc.) to support business processes

• Familiarity with integration patterns, including REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and troubleshoot application issues

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certification

• Salesforce Trailhead Link will need to be provided on the resume

• Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices

• Exposure to additional Salesforce technologies and third-party tools

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
