What to Expect: 

This is not a "desk job." You will be out in the Austin community every day. You will be the face of Flagstone, knocking on doors, performing roof inspections, and closing sales. We provide the best support in the industry, but the "hustle" is your responsibility. There is no cap on your earnings and no limit to how fast you can grow.

Candidate Profile:

• You are comfortable working in the heat and in the field.
• You move with a sense of urgency and hate wasting time.
• You are looking for a 1099 role where your effort is directly tied to your bank account.
• You have a valid license and a vehicle that can get you from lead to lead.

The Compensation:

• $10,000–$25,000+ monthly potential.
• Top-tier performance bonuses and advancement opportunities.
