Job Summary:

The Customer Operations Team (COPS) (Professional Services Team) is responsible for end-to-end delivery of Syndigo MDM center to its clients. As part of the delivery organization, you are the primary face of the company to all our clients and partners for providing technical consultation and technical solutions there by Master Data Management needs of any client will be addressed effectively.
This role will be based in India.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities:
As an implementation consultant in delivery organization, you will build your knowledge in Syndigo MDM Centre product and its core features and configure/customize it to cater client needs. You will work with fellow team members, Technical Leads and Solution Architects. Some of the core responsibilities that includes (not limited to) are as follows
- Responsible for developing the product configurations, Business Rules (Riversand Business language), Workflows & integrations (RS SDK)
- Comply with project plans and implementation standards
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade product/customization issues and provide the solutions
- Work with partners as a SME in MDM implementation
- Participate in initiatives that helps in enhancing the RS deliveries
- Liaison with the product/engineering team & Operations team on product functionalities
- Understand the functional solution & configure the MDM product working with the Implementation Lead
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience working with programming technologies (e.g. Java, .Net etc.)
- Good understanding of working with JSON along with UI based tech-stack
- Good understanding and working experience with different REST & SOAP APIs and Frameworks
- Good understanding of system Integrations
- It will be an advantage having an experience on a Data platform or a SaaS based implementation
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in IT.
- Proven experience working with web technologies such as API's, HTML, CSS, Java+ and JavaScript as well as an ability to use JSON files for configuration.
**This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Bangalore location**
