What You’ll Actually Do
- Crack the Code: Dive deep into behavioral signals and tool usage. You are looking for the "Aha!" moments that lead to growth and the friction points that lead to churn.
- Build the Scalable Engine: Design and launch scalable "one-to-many" initiatives—think high-impact webinars, automated workshops, and strategic mentoring—that deliver massive value without 1:1 friction.
- Growth Hacking Retention: Run continuous "test-and-learn" cycles. You’ll form hypotheses, run experiments, and measure everything to optimize the customer journey based on GMV impact.
- Narrative Architecture: Partner with PMM to craft scripts and communications that don't just "inform" but move people to action.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Act as the bridge between CRM, Data, and Product to ensure our automated workflows are world-class.

- Data-Obsessed: You don’t make a move without a spreadsheet or a dashboard. You translate "trends" into "tactics".
- Tactical Executioner: You are a "doer." You can think big but are equally happy getting your hands dirty in Salesforce to make things happen.
- A Growth Experimenter: You have "test-and-learn" in your DNA. You are comfortable with ambiguity and obsessed with finding the most efficient way to solve a problem.
- An Engaging Communicator: You can command a virtual room. You have the charisma to get creators excited and the clarity to explain complex tools simply.
- Tactically Tech-Savvy: You’ve mastered CRMs (Salesforce) and automation tools.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven track record in Customer Success, Growth, or Product Marketing where you’ve managed scaled operations.
- Tech Stack: Advanced Excel/Sheets is a must. Proficiency with CRMs (Salesforce is a plus) and automation tools is your playground.
- Communication: Exceptional writing skills and the ability to command a room (or a Zoom).
- Language: Fluency in English is required.

- Tool Adoption: Turning "users" into "power users".
- Portfolio Coverage: Increasing the percentage of the "Non-Book" that is actively engaged by your initiatives.
