As Regional Director, Account Management, you will lead a team responsible for growing, retaining, and expanding relationships with Celigo customers. You’ll operate at the intersection of leadership, revenue, and customer outcomes, owning regional performance while building a world-class account management culture.

What would you do if hired?
Lead & Scale a High-Performing Team
- Hire, coach, and develop Account Managers across your region
- Set clear expectations, KPIs, and growth plans for individual and team success
- Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and customer advocacy
Own Regional Revenue Outcomes
- Drive net retention, expansion, and renewals across your portfolio
- Forecast accurately and partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance
- Identify growth opportunities within existing customers and execute expansion strategies
Improve How We Operate
- Refine processes, playbooks, and metrics as the business scales
- Use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the region
- Contribute to the evolution of Celigo’s account management strategy globally
Champion the Customer
- Build executive-level relationships with key customers
- Ensure customers realize measurable business value from Celigo
- Act as the escalation point for complex or strategic customer situations
Partner Cross-Functionally
- Collaborate with Sales on account planning and expansion
- Work with Product and Engineering to bring customer feedback into roadmap discussions
- Align with Marketing and Enablement to strengthen account engagement strategies
Who are we looking for?
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to hire, coach, and scale high-performing Account Management teams
- Sets clear expectations, holds teams accountable, and creates a culture of ownership
- Deep understanding of retention, expansion, and renewal mechanics in B2B SaaS
- Ability to translate customer value into long-term revenue growth
- Ability to analyze data and trends to identify risks and growth opportunities
Education & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales, with at least 3+ years in a people-management role
- Proven success in owning retention, expansion, and revenue targets in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience working with SMB and mid-market customers
- Experience driving deals in the $10-100k ACV range
- Experience selling to eCommerce and/or high-growth SaaS companies is a plus
- Experience in integration or complex software sales is a plus
Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $100,000 and $150,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
