Position Overview
We are hiring a B2B2C Onboarding & Account Manager who combines product thinking, technical understanding, and business acumen. This role is responsible for leading customer onboarding, coordinating internal teams, and acting as the product and API expert during demos and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage customer onboarding journeys for our B2B2C partners.
- Act as the primary product and API interface for customers during onboarding and post-launch.
- Conduct product demos and respond to detailed questions about functionality, APIs, and workflows.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to streamline onboarding processes.
- Translate customer business requirements into clear product and technical requirements.
- Track onboarding progress using Jira or similar tools and proactively resolve blockers.
- Monitor onboarding success, usage, and early performance.
Requirements
Must Have
- Strong understanding of REST APIs (concepts, endpoints, authentication, workflows).
- Experience working with Product teams and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, roadmaps).
- Ability to run structured demos and confidently answer product and API questions.
- Strong business mindset — understands how product decisions impact revenue and customer success.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in telecom, MVNE, SaaS, or platform businesses.
- Experience with onboarding enterprise or B2B clients.
- Background in Product Management, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Account Management.
