Desk Manager – High-Volume Dealership

 

Optimum RV | Multi-State | Rapid Growth

Optimum RV is a fast-growing dealership group with 12 locations across 6 states and aggressive expansion plans. We are looking for a proven Desk Manager from a high-volume Auto or RV dealership who knows how to desk deals, manage price leaders, close deals, and train salespeople.

This is not an entry role. This is for someone who thrives in pressure, loves volume, and wants a career path—not a stopgap.

 

You Must Have:

  • Proven experience desking deals at a high-volume, fast-paced Auto or RV store
  • High energy, high drive, and a competitive mindset
  • Strong deal-structuring and closing ability
  • Leadership presence and accountability
  • Desire to grow with a company that’s scaling fast
