Contract Details 📝
- Type: 12-month contract with potential for extension
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Estimated Hourly Compensation: $70.00–$77.00/hour
- Location: Columbia (Hybrid: minimum 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
- Residency Requirement: Must be a local resident or willing to relocate prior to starting at your own expense

Requirements
Requirements 🛠️
- 3+ years of experience managing system operations or administrative functions
- 3+ years of project management experience specifically in system operations and administration
- Proven ability to provide incident management, including on-call and after-hours support
- Demonstrated experience managing external vendors
- Experience overseeing a ticketing system for application support
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
