Position: Digital Sales Representative
This position is one of drive and self-motivation. This person’s role will be to develop and cultivate our digital prospect and client relationships. To help us grow our brand and sales in the United States.
Your tasks:
- Represent item and develop the business in the United States
- Development of ideal client profile across multiple industries.
- Filter and funnel leads to Regional Sales Managers.
- Set and conduct introductory sales meetings with prospects and existing customers.
- Manage, connect and funnel leads from online platforms. Websites and online Web shop.
- Manage relationships at different levels to create and develop a strong network within our industry.
- Increase market share in line with corporate goals and meet or exceed the budget numbers in terms of sales in accordance with the company's ethics and guidelines.
- Proactively increase customer awareness of item’s products, digital tools and services for industrial applications.
- Develop leads, target prospects and relationships within manufacturing industries.
- Spot/identify opportunities with selected clients, OEMs, end-users, and key accounts.
- Actively participate in team meetings and develop "Surround the customer" strategies with all key team members that can influence the successful closure of identified projects.
- Motivate and inspire with their knowledge and understanding of the benefits and potential market for the product.
- Provide corporate and sales feedback to the Director of Sales on progress, obstacles and success to allow any necessary corrections in research development and marketing in the territory.
- Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, product training and other events.
- Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
Requirements
- University or college degree, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct work experience in a sales or business development.
- Ability to understand customer needs to match products and service solutions, as well as to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Strong Sales Skills with exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong with online platforms and functions.
- Mechanical Aptitude - Gathering technical information from catalogs and other resources to answer a variety of questions.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- You work in a structured, independent way and always keep in sight the timing and goals
- Professional Skills at Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and with CRM Systems.
