Description
A Senior Product Designer at Dodge Construction Network co-leads the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design for digital product experiences, supporting projects from strategy to execution alongside Product Managers, collaborating cross-functionally with product/engineering, conducting user research, creating detailed prototypes and supporting brand with marketing deliverables.
This is a full-time position and reports directly to the Senior Director, UX.
Preferred Location
This is a remote, home-office based role and candidates located in the continental United States and Canada will be considered, however there is a preference for candidates to be based in Eastern or Central time zone.
Travel Requirements
Expected travel is up to 25% for this role.
Essential Functions
- Co-own product experience strategy with Product Management, translating customer and business needs into clear UX direction across key personas and workflows
- Lead UX/UI design from concept to delivery, producing high-fidelity designs and prototypes that are usable, accessible, and production-ready
- Conduct and synthesize user research, validating designs through real customer workflows and turning insights into actionable product decisions
- Scale and uphold the design system and brand, ensuring consistency across products while supporting marketing, onboarding, and sales experiences
- Act as a senior cross-functional design leader, collaborating with Engineering and stakeholders, influencing decisions, and raising the overall bar for design quality
- Creation of product related deliverables for brand, sales and cross-functional teams
- Create deliverables within industry standard tooling such as Figma and the Adobe Suite
Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent education and work experience.
Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer working on complex B2B SaaS products, with ownership across UX strategy, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI execution
- Proven experience designing for large enterprise customers, navigating complex workflows, multiple personas, and diverse stakeholder needs
- Strong command of user-centered design methodologies, including Jobs-to-be-Done, journey mapping, usability testing, and iterative validation
- Data-informed and outcome-oriented, comfortable using analytics, research insights, and experimentation to evaluate design impact and ROI
- Curious, hypothesis-driven problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and can break complex problems into clear, testable design solutions
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to influence across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and executive stakeholders
- Deep experience working within Agile product teams, partnering closely with engineers through discovery, delivery, and iteration
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-moving environments

Salary Disclosure
Dodge Construction Network’s compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, uncapped commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
