We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Brand Specialist to support our marketing initiatives globally. This is a hands-on role where you will learn, execute, and contribute to activities that strengthen our market presence.
Location: This role is based out of Bogota, Colombia and is a full-time position where it is required to come into our office at Cra. 13 #90-17 (2 days/week). #LI-Hybrid
🎯 Role Mission
Own and scale Jeeves’ global paid acquisition engine. This role is responsible for driving pipeline, customers and revenue through paid channels in a profitable and scalable way, while also supporting brand presence and local activations.
🌍 Global Responsibilities (80%)
Own global paid media strategy and execution: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, retargeting, and new channel experiments.
Manage: Budget, CAC, ROAS, LTV/CAC, pipeline and approved accounts.
Build and execute: A global experimentation roadmap across channels, products and regions.
Work closely with: Product, Sales and RevOps to optimize the full funnel.
Identify and scale: The 80/20 across campaigns, messages, industries and geographies.
Own:Performance dashboards, weekly reporting, insights and recommendations.
Drive:Continuous optimization of landing pages, funnels, creatives and messaging.
🇨🇴 Local Responsibilities (20%)
Support local brand initiatives: Events, sponsorships, partnerships, local activations.
Coordinate:Local creative adaptations, POP materials, and local campaigns.
Develop deep understanding of:Local pipeline, priority industries and sales feedback.

Business fluency in English is required
5+ years of hands-on experience owning and scaling paid acquisition
Proven experience managing monthly paid media budgets.
Expert-level proficiency in: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
Experience with A/B testing and CRO platforms for landing page optimization
