Job Description
- Analyze customer experience (CX) ticket data to identify recurring pain points and develop automated solutions to improve response quality and speed.
- Automate the aggregation and review of marketing metrics, competitor campaign analysis, and content topic research to improve team productivity and campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain automated scripts and workflows for routine data tasks, including compliance reporting, internal client reporting, and daily reconciliations (fees, client holdings, transactions).
- Build and manage dashboards that provide a single source of truth for regional KPIs, empowering leadership with actionable, real-time insights.
- Design and implement automated workflows for reviewing compliance alerts and streamlining KYC/AML decisioning, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy.
- Identify and eliminate points of friction in our compliance processes, creating a smoother and more efficient experience for our clients without compromising rigor.
Job Specification:
- 2-4 years of experience in an analytical, operations, or automation-focused role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script to automate processes within the Google Workspace ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to use low-code/no-code automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier) to connect systems and build efficient workflows.
- Practical experience leveraging AI/LLMs for complex reasoning, data analysis, or building decision-making tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Metabase, MixPanel, Segment, Google Analytics).
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are eager to take ownership, build processes from scratch, and drive projects to completion.
- You are a structured problem-solver, capable of breaking down complex issues into manageable components and developing logical, data-driven solutions.
- You are an excellent communicator, able to articulate technical concepts and the business value of your work to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
