Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for client engagements and internal meetings.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of company events and team-building activities.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders, serving as a point of contact for inquiries and support.
- Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure efficiency.
- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and correspondence.
- Support the onboarding process for new team members by preparing materials and coordinating training sessions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative support or related roles, preferably in a consulting or corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
