Purpose of Job
We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer responsible for designing PowerPoint presentations, including charting, creating/importing graphics, animation, and template creation for client projects. The Associate is responsible for supporting client engagement teams through the development of high-quality, executive-level presentation materials.
The role requires strong attention to detail, advanced PowerPoint expertise, and the ability to translate complex analyses into clear and structured client deliverables that meet firm standards
We'll trust you to
- Create and enhance PowerPoint presentations with charts, graphics, animations, and templates.
- Develop visually appealing designs for various mediums, including layouts/templates, email designs, logos, posters, and corporate communications.
- Develop and maintain brand identities, ensuring design consistency across all elements.
- Ensure slides are audience-appropriate (C-suite, functional leaders, project teams) as well as improve clarity, consistency, and impact of existing decks
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and internal teams, bringing their strategic ideas to life visually.
- Manage project intake, timelines, and resourcing to ensure quality work is delivered on time.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality control across all materials, producing high-quality design work.
- Produce a wide variety of documents such as brochures, proposals, and reports, including extensive charts, figures, and tables.
- Accurately translate handwritten and electronic originals into final computer-produced products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback in a timely and precise manner
- Support proposal, pitch, and workshop materials as required
- Stay updated on industry trends, design software, and best practices.
You'll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience as a graphic/presentation designer, ideally in management consulting, professional services firms, startups, or similar environments involving executive-level presentation creation.
- Strong visual and verbal communication skills and proofreading skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledgeable in Canva & Figma.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop) is a bonus.
- Experience preparing executive-level or client-facing presentations
- Demonstrable skill in transforming rough ideas into clear, compelling visuals.
- Strong focus on maintaining brand guidelines and design standards.
- Collaborative team player with the flexibility to adjust designs based on feedback.
- Efficient time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Understanding of consulting methodologies and deliverables
- Interest in business strategy, analytics, and professional storytelling
- Willingness to work flexible hours during peak project periods
