Join our Regulatory Reporting team within the Compliance function, working closely with the business, Compliance, and IT to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timely delivery of regulatory reporting.

Your future role at QRT: 

  • Lead and support the firm’s global transaction reporting obligations, with a primary focus on EMIR and MAS, and exposure to other regimes as required.
  • Own transaction reporting frameworks, including interpretation of regulatory requirements, end-to-end workflow design, testing, and control implementation.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for disclosure reporting, advising Compliance, Legal, Trading, Operations, and Technology on regulatory impacts and dependencies.
  • Partner with the business on new markets and products, assessing reporting implications and ensuring operational readiness ahead of go-live.
  • Manage BAU exceptions and data issues within regulatory timelines, balancing hands-on execution with analytical and project work.
  • Produce and maintain process documentation, regulatory mappings, and testing artefacts (BRDs, FSDs, UAT scripts), ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and automation across data aggregation, reporting, and workflows.
  • Support projects across additional asset classes as required, applying business analysis and change management skills to new regulations, products, or processes.

Your present skillset:

  • 5+ years’ experience in regulatory reporting, with hands-on expertise of EMIR, MAS, MiFID, CFTC, or SFTR.
  • Strong end-to-end knowledge of regulatory reporting processes and trade lifecycle, including events, valuations, collateral, and counterparty data.
  • Proven ability to interpret regulatory requirements and design effective reporting workflows and controls.
  • Effective stakeholder manager, comfortable engaging with senior management, Legal, and Technology.
  • Strong data analysis capability (Excel, SQL, Power BI or similar).
  • Self-directed and delivery-focused, able to manage hands-on work and drive initiatives independently.
  • Adaptable across asset classes and regulatory regimes, with a high level of attention to detail and professional integrity.
