How you will have an impact
- Provide bilingual patient support (English/Spanish) for scheduling, reschedules, and cancellations.
- Provide patient support for scheduling, reschedules, and cancellations.
- Process medical record requests accurately and efficiently.
- Manage care plan adjustments, including transfers or patient loss coordination.
- Navigate multiple systems to update records and communication preferences.
- Collaborate with therapists and internal teams to resolve patient escalations.
- Deliver clear, empathetic communication and excellent service.
- Use ticketing tools to escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Maintain compliance, accuracy, and detailed documentation in all interactions.

- Saturday–Wednesday,
- 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM PST
- 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM CST
- 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM EST
What you can offer Luna
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0–1 year of experience in customer service, healthcare, or administrative roles (healthcare experience preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven remote environment.
- Previous experience with high volume call handling.
- Empathetic, reliable, and team-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work part-time, consistently within assigned hours.
