Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician to support plant operations by installing, repairing, rebuilding, and maintaining production and facility equipment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring machinery reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement across the operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and production equipment
  • Perform equipment rebuilds and upgrades to improve reliability and performance
  • Participate in scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance calls as part of a rotating on-call schedule
  • Collaborate daily with production teams and maintenance leadership regarding equipment status
  • Diagnose machine malfunctions and operational issues across multiple systems
  • Support root cause analysis and implement corrective solutions
  • Serve as a technical resource to equipment operators during troubleshooting
  • Evaluate assigned projects, plan repairs, and execute work within defined timelines
  • Anticipate risks and operational impacts before performing repairs or modifications
  • Ensure equipment is fully tested and operational following maintenance activities
  • Order necessary parts, materials, tools, and supplies
  • Help control maintenance costs while maintaining quality and reliability standards
  • Maintain accurate communication regarding plant conditions impacting safety, cost, or production
  • Promote strong working relationships and open communication across teams
  • Stay current with evolving maintenance technologies and industry best practices
  • Follow all plant safety procedures, housekeeping requirements, and work rules
Qualifications
  • Experience maintaining industrial or manufacturing equipment
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills; electrical knowledge a plus
  • Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, conveyors, or automated equipment
  • Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and equipment documentation
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
