Are ready to make a splash this summer? Our Community Pool Attendant supports the smooth operation of offsite community pools by ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests. In this role, you will rotate between multiple pool locations, maintaining deck areas, restocking supplies, emptying trash, and keeping restrooms and common spaces tidy throughout each shift.

Attendants provide friendly customer service, assist guests with basic questions, and help identify any safety or maintenance concerns for the team to address.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at all assigned community pool locations.
  • Monitor deck areas, restrooms, and common spaces to ensure they remain tidy and free of hazards.
  • Empty trash and recycling receptacles regularly to keep facilities cleaned and organized.
  • Restock supplies, including towels, pool equipment, and restroom essentials, as needed throughout shifts.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests, answering basic questions and assisting with general needs.
  • Observe and report any safety, maintenance, or operational issues immediately.

Requirements

Position Requirements

  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Mechanically included with basic aptitude for troubleshooting equipment and systems.
  • Have a reliable mode of transportation.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with park visitors and team members.
  • Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods while adapting to varying weather conditions, including heat, rain, and other environmental elements.

Job Type: Part-Time, Seasonal

Work Location: On-Site

Schedule: Varies to include weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
