Position Summary

Provide integrated human resources and manpower management support to the F-35 JPO, including resource management processes, manpower planning analysis, database administration, and in-/out-processing support.

Key Responsibilities

·        Provide integrated support for personnel and manpower management activities supporting and sustaining the F-35 program.

·        Develop and implement formalized resource management processes.

·        Perform continuous analysis of manpower plans and recommend efficient utilization of personnel resources.

·        Administer the F-35 manpower database and support in-processing/out-processing of personnel.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

·        BA/BS degree in a relevant subject or discipline.

·        Minimum 5 years performing duties described in the functional description.

·        U.S. citizenship required.

·        Active Secret clearance, or ability to obtain/maintain Secret (interim may be acceptable per contract requirements).

Preferred Qualifications

·        Federal human resources and/or manpower experience.

·        Familiarity with federal HR and manpower regulations.

·        Experience supporting onboarding/offboarding in DoD environments (preferred).

Education/Experience Substitution

Education/Experience Substitution: An Associate's degree plus 5 additional years of related work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree; a GED and/or relevant technical certification plus 10 additional years of work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.

·        Must be able to work effectively in a secure, mission-focused environment supporting Government stakeholders.

·        Must maintain professionalism, discretion, and high attention to detail in handling sensitive information.

·        Must be able to use standard productivity tools and Government collaboration platforms as required.
