POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative at Dave Jones, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers within our Service & Remodel Segment. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent support and information concerning our services. Your effective communication and problem-solving skills will help build trust and relationships with our clients.
COMPENSATION:
- Hourly wage is set between $23.00 and $26.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information regarding services and assist customers in placing requests.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide seamless service.
SCHEDULE:
- Monday - Friday
- 7:30AM - 4:00PM
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
