Our Repair Technicians complete a variety of jobs such as gutter installations and fabrication/repairs, as needed for G&W Roofing customers, all while providing exceptional service. Here at G&W Roofing we also believe in setting our technicians up for success with training opportunities, and incredible support.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform necessary repairs for homeowners as described in the scope of work.
  • Pick up needed material from suppliers 
  • Manage inventory of stocked material
  • Work with department supervisor and communicate with customers
  • Collect payment from the customer, once work is completed
  • Follow all safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on the job site and in company vehicles
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner that reflects G&W in a positive manner
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Pass a background check
  • 1-2 years repair experience preferred but willing to train
  • Must be able to climb a ladder safely and work at elevated heights on roofs 
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Military service a plus

    • Compensation and Benefits

  • Commission based - 25% commission on repairs (earning potential of 50k-75k+)
