Job Description
As a Senior Panel Relations Coordinator I, you'll be the face of Nielsen, building and maintaining relationships with our panel families. You will coach, and support Nielsen households, ensuring their active participation and the integrity of our data collection process. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, receiving inbound calls, communicating via text, email and chat when necessary.
Job Responsibilities
Managing relationships with Nielsen families participating in media measurement panels.
Conduct lengthy phone interviews, verifying eligibility, and ensuring proper equipment installation and maintenance.
Strong communication and persuasion skills are crucial.
Collect device information, troubleshoot remotely, and ensure accurate data collection.
Meet performance goals related to sample quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is mandatory
2+ years of experience in negotiation and customer service skills are required, with sales experience a plus.
Requires strong computer skills (iOS, Windows, Google Applications), software systems aptitude, and knowledge of WiFi and networking.
Superior organizational and time management abilities are crucial.
High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
What you can expect:
We offer a variety of shift options to accommodate diverse needs. This role follows a Hybrid Model, requiring 3 days working from the office and 2 days working remotely. Exact shift details will be discussed during the interview process.
4-5 weeks of training that will take place in the office and requires mandatory attendance
