Description

Landscape Management Client Relations Manager:  CRM will serve as a day-to-day client interface leading client meetings and establishing expectations while maintaining outstanding client relationships through forward thinking relationships and problem solving. 

Promote positive relationships with landscape management clients.

Proactively propose landscape enhancements.

Negotiate yearly price increases.

Assist website and social media lead with post materials.

Nurture future services with existing accounts to further service the client and grow the account.

Support client activities as requested and participate in projects.

Requirements

Client Relations

1.    Maintain positive and active relationships with all clients. 

2.    Know who the decision makers are.

3.    Know the special landscape interests and concerns of the client.

4.    Maintain required written communications to the client, utilize in-house software.

5.    Coordinate with all departments for real-time updates and rapid resolutions for client.

6.    Effectively guide team members to efficiently perform established client scope and budget.

7.    Solidify client’s high level of satisfaction and create unparallel value in Green Teams worth.

8.    Continued education to keep pace with new trends that make a positive impact.

9.    Must be able to manage numerous clients and account teams efficiently.

 

Landscape Quality

1.    Know the content of each Landscape Management Agreement.

2.    Understand and maintain our quality standards.

3.    Know the client’s expectations and special interests.

4.    Seek ways to improve the landscape and our service.  Be proactive in recommending landscape enhancements.

5.    Communicate and coordinate with LM production to make sure client and/or quality issues are proactively resolved.

 

Sales: Landscape Management & Enhancements

1.    Actively pursue landscape enhancements for existing LM clients.

2.    Prepare and present some Enhancement Proposals to LM clients.

3.    Participate in making contacts with LM prospective clients

4.    Assist in preparing and presenting Landscape Management Proposal’s

 

Professional Growth (seek to increase professional knowledge and skills):

1.    Industry certification programs

2.    State licensing programs

3.    Industry continuing education events
