We are looking for a Senior Counsel who is detail-oriented, proactive, and a collaborative team player to join our Legal team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment and is excited to provide strategic legal counsel, ensure compliance, and support Xsolla's business objectives. Strong analytical skills, exceptional verbal communication and drafting abilities, and deep expertise in corporate and commercial law are essential, along with experience in the gaming industry, fintech (including payment processing), digital assets, and securities law. The ability to manage multiple complex projects, adapt to evolving regulations, and provide leadership on legal matters will be key to your success in this role.
