We've moved away from traditional resume-based screening to a more data-driven and objective approach to identify talent more accurately and surface diverse candidates. You'll evaluate whether our approach is improving hiring quality and efficiency, working closely with Recruitment to integrate the process seamlessly and ensure a great candidate experience.
