We are looking for an On-Site Coordinator to support the successful operational delivery and continued growth of one of our key Job&Talent Global Clients.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday // 08:30-17:00 (Available on weekends to support if there are any issues - rarely)
Managing worker bookings on a daily basis in line with the clients requirements and adhering to parameters that are set
Ensuring worker hours are recorded and inputted into the internal payroll system accurately
Temporaries Management: Daily check ins, managing absence, return to work interviews, managing attendance & performance and conducting disciplinaries.
Dealing with colleagues queries
Good planning and organisation skills
Ensuring compliance in all areas
Ambition and determination to succeed
Recruiting candidates for Client
Confident in building relationship with client
Communication skills
As an On-Site Coordinator, you will need to have:
Strong communication skills both written & verbal.
The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills
Demonstrate attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks
Problem-solving attitude makes effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
