Responsibilities:
Engage with communities by canvassing neighborhoods door-to-door, drumming up leads, and setting appointments for complimentary, no-obligation inspections.
Serve as a field marketing representative and brand ambassador for Southern Roofing and Renovations.
Achieve or surpass set goals for lead generation and appointment scheduling on a weekly and monthly basis.
Uphold the professionalism and enthusiasm of Southern Roofing and Renovations at all times.
**This position requires fieldwork (door to door) and is not eligible for remote work**
Requirements:
A self-starter who flourishes in a collaborative environment.
Must have a reliable vehicle and smartphone.
A readiness to go the extra mile to boost earning potential.
Comfortable working outdoors, relishing in the fresh air and sunshine.
Possession of a valid driver's license.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Compensation & Benefits:
A base salary of $46,800
Uncapped bonus commissions
