Who You Are
The Senior Manager, Revops is a strategic leader responsible for elevating the effectiveness, efficiency, and predictability of HighLevel’s Marketing organization. This role supports the full unaffiliated growth engine, including paid acquisition, website optimization, brand and content programs, and events that engage affiliates, customers, and the broader community.
You will work closely with the VP of Marketing and partner with the Senior Director, RevOps to shape the planning, forecasting, analytics, operational processes, and strategic initiatives that drive sustainable top-of-funnel performance. In this role, you will architect the systems, reporting frameworks, and operational rhythms that help Marketing scale with confidence.
With support from a dedicated Marketing Ops team and cross-functional RevOps partners, you will ensure that every initiative whether a paid campaign, event, or brand investment has clear objectives, accurate measurement, and strong ROI visibility.
- Enhancing paid media accountability and spend efficiency
- Strengthening event planning, measurement, and ROI analysis
- Building attribution and reporting frameworks that support decision-making
- Evaluate opportunities to refine targeting, segmentation, and audience insights.
- Lead post-initiative analysis with actionable recommendations for optimization.
Operational Leadership & Stakeholder Management
-Serve as the primary RevOps partner for the Marketing organization.
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing and work directly with leaders across performance, events, brand, and content teams.
- Interface with senior stakeholders—including the CEO—by presenting insights, recommendations, and operational updates.
- Maintain structured communication rhythms, ensuring clarity and alignment across the Marketing vertical.
Influence strategic decisions using data, projections, and scenario planning.
Process Optimization & Operational Excellence
- Redesign and streamline end-to-end marketing processes: campaign planning, execution workflows, lead flow, attribution, and reporting.
- Improve operational visibility by establishing standardized KPIs and dashboards.
- Introduce mechanisms for faster experimentation, feedback loops, and performance benchmarking.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure new systems, processes, and frameworks are adopted consistently.
Systems, Data Infrastructure & Reporting
Partner with RevOps counterparts to optimize the marketing tech stack, automation workflows, tracking systems, and CRM integrations.
Ensure high data integrity for insights related to traffic, conversions, trials, budget allocation, and performance metrics.
Build dashboards for paid channels, events, website analytics, CAC, ROAS, and attribution.
Evaluate tools that enhance productivity, tracking accuracy, and reporting quality.
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and mentor a high-performing RevOps team, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Lead performance management cycles, including goal-setting, quarterly reviews, ongoing coaching, and development planning.
- Set clear KPIs, priorities, and targets for direct reports and hold the team accountable to performance outcomes.
- Hire, onboard, and grow RevOps talent to meet the evolving needs of the Revenue Growth organization.
- Ensure the team delivers timely, high-quality work that drives measurable business impact.
What You’ll Bring
- 9+ years in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, or a related strategy/analytics role within SaaS or high-growth environments.
- 3–5 years of demonstrated people management experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media optimization, attribution models, events measurement, and funnel analytics.
- Experience collaborating with VP-level and executive-level stakeholders, including delivering insights to the CEO.
- Demonstrated success in forecasting, performance modeling, and ROI improvement across multiple channels.
- Skilled in systems architecture, marketing automation, analytics tools, attribution platforms, and CRM integrations.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
Success Metrics
- Establishment of clear and accurate attribution frameworks across all marketing channels (paid, organic, events, community, brand).
- Improvement in trial generation efficiency from unaffiliated channels.
- Increased accuracy of traffic, trial, and spend forecasts.
- Optimization of ROAS, CAC, and event ROI.
- Strengthened alignment and communication across Marketing, RevOps, and executive leadership.
- Consistent, high-quality delivery of strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Development and performance of the Marketing Ops team.
