A Mission Operations Logistics Specialist will assist the Mission Operations Logistics Lead and is responsible for coordinating and delivering Saronic Crafts and Equipment to any CONUS or OCONUS location with overall adherence to deadlines of the Mission Operations team. You will work closely with team members, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure successful event coordination in support of organizational goals.

Assist the Mission Operations Logistics Lead in the following:
Coordinate, plan and prioritize objectives and work for assigned company product(s), ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to project timelines.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define goals, objectives, and deliverables.
Maintain ownership of all logistical support to operations and projects, identifying potential issues or bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures as needed.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Represent the company at planning events by demonstrating a thorough understanding of all crafts and their logistical requirements as well as creative solutions tailored to each event’s unique requirements.
How you support the mission:
Assist the Mission Operations Logistics Lead in the following:
Planning: Act as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders such as DoD customers, facilitating communication, managing expectations, and ensuring event requirements are met. You will support the team through development of logistical plans considering factors such as route and budget optimization and risk mitigation to achieve desired outcomes.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data acquired during logistical movements to derive actionable insights and development.
Generate comprehensive budget reports detailing key findings, and recommendations for more streamline methods.
Provide feedback to the engineering and development teams for continuous improvement of ASV capabilities regarding shipping and returning.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, DoD policies, and industry standards related to ASV operations.
Implement safety protocols and procedures to mitigate operational risks and ensure personnel safety.

Job requires frequent travel.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of CONUS and OCONUS logistics experience supporting military operations OR 10+ Years of CONUS and OCONUS logistics experience supporting military operations.
Experience in embarkation, debarkation and transportation of people and military equipment in OCONUS operations.
Proficient in DOD logistics planning tools and processes to integrate necessary equipment and personnel in an operational environment.
Proficient in the transportation of sensitive equipment, HAZMAT and weapons through international customs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Prior SOF experience working with the DoD or other government agencies is a plus.
