The work:

Assists the Engineering Manager in overseeing and coordinating engineering activities within the program. This role involves managing engineering projects, ensuring technical excellence, and leading a team of engineers to meet project goals. The Deputy Engineering Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver engineering solutions and maintain high standards of quality and performance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or technical field
  • 8 years of engineering experience
  • 3 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Experience in managing engineering projects from concept to completion
  • IAT level 3 certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications (e.g., PMP, CEM)

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Active Secret clearance

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
$114,700—$221,100 USD
