    • Collaborate with senior leadership to review performance, adjust goals, and provide actionable operational data that supports strategic decision-making.
    • Develop, execute, and continuously refine business and operational plans that support Pacific Northwest revenue growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction.
    • Own and optimize inventory management across the Pacific Northwest operation, ensuring the right products are available to meet customer demand while improving inventory turns, reducing excess and obsolete stock, and supporting profitable revenue growth.
    • Partner with HR on talent development, performance management, and recruiting to build a high-performing team capable of supporting growth and evolving customer demands.
    • Lead key projects, process improvements, and performance reporting initiatives to enhance scalability, speed, and reliability.
    • Foster strong employee engagement through effective communication, coaching, training, and development, reinforcing accountability and ownership.
    • Ensure compliance with company standards related to cost control, quality, OSHA, CMMC 2.0, health, safety, environmental policies, and on-time delivery expectations.
    • Actively support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure conformity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.
