Job Responsibilities:
- Manages, maintains, and customizes SharePoint sites and Microsoft 365 Groups for the Office of Acquisition Management.
- Builds and enhances SharePoint pages to create polished user experiences.
- Develops and customizes SharePoint lists into enterprise workflow tools using JSON formatting for columns, forms, and views to meet organizational needs.
- Integrates SharePoint sites and lists with Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Builds and maintains complex Power Automate flows to automate various business functions, connecting them to SharePoint Lists and shared mailboxes.
- Develops and integrates Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize data and provide insights from SharePoint data sources.
- Monitors and responds to user requests submitted to a shared mailbox.
- Provides technical support by teaching staff in the basic and advanced use of Microsoft 365 services, directly assisting with tasks, and problem-solving issues.
- Manages and delivers on customization projects from initial request to final solution, ensuring user requirements are met.
- Manages and audits advanced permissions for SharePoint sites and Microsoft Teams.
- Ensures that sensitive information is protected and accessible only to authorized personnel while granting appropriate permissions to staff to perform their duties.
- Implements and maintains a secure and effective permissions structure across all managed platforms.
Job Requirements:
- SharePoint Administration and Customization: Proficiency in managing, maintaining, and customizing SharePoint sites, including creating and enhancing SharePoint pages to deliver polished user experiences.
- Microsoft 365 Integration: Experience in integrating SharePoint sites and lists with Microsoft 365 services, including Power Platform tools like Power Automate and Power BI.
- Power Platform Development: Experience in developing and maintaining Power Automate workflows, Power BI dashboards, and reports to automate business processes and visualize data effectively.
- Advanced Permissions Management: Knowledge of managing and auditing advanced permissions for SharePoint sites and Microsoft Teams, ensuring information security and appropriate access control.
- Enterprise Workflow Design: Ability to design and implement enterprise-level workflows using tools like SharePoint and Power Platform to meet organizational needs.
- Technical Training and Support: Capability to provide technical training and support to staff, including teaching basic and advanced use of Microsoft 365 services, assisting with tasks, and resolving technical issues.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
