Your Role:
We are looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to help execute and optimize the programs that drive pipeline growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn fast, own meaningful work, and directly impact revenue.
You will work closely with the Marketing Director, product marketer and sales team to turn campaigns into qualified demo requests and real pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Execute demand generation campaigns across email, paid, content, and events
Support campaign setup, launch, and optimization from start to finish
Monitor performance and help improve conversion rates at each stage of the funnel
Partner with sales to understand lead quality and follow-up outcomes
Turn messaging, customer insights, and content into campaigns that drive action
Test new ideas and channels to help us learn what works as we scale
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, specifically in demand generation
Strong interest in pipeline, revenue, and how marketing supports the whole business
Bias for action and is able to adapt (and learn) fast
Organized, curious, and eager to learn through execution
Clear communicator who takes ownership and follows through
Experience with marketing tools like Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Clay, Vector, Salesforce preferred.
