Job Overview: Bone Dry Roofing is looking for a highly analytical, driven, and results-oriented SEO Manager to join our growing in-house marketing team. This role will be responsible for building and executing our SEO strategy across all brands and locations. You will lead the charge in increasing organic visibility, driving qualified traffic, and improving search rankings to generate leads for residential, commercial, solar, and masonry services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Own the SEO Strategy: Build a scalable SEO roadmap that supports business goals across multiple brands and regions.
  • On-Page Optimization: Optimize existing site content and structure for target keywords and search intent. Ensure all content is SEO-friendly, technically sound, and conversion-focused.
  • Technical SEO: Conduct regular site audits, identify technical issues, and work cross-functionally with web developers to implement fixes that improve crawlability, site speed, and indexation.
  • Local SEO Execution: Create and manage local SEO strategies including Google Business Profile optimization, citation building, local landing pages, and reviews strategy for 20+ markets.
  • Content Strategy Collaboration: Partner with the content and creative teams to guide blog strategy, location-specific content, and service-based SEO content.
  • Keyword Research & Reporting: Conduct ongoing keyword research, competitive analysis, and SERP monitoring. Report on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion impact.
  • Link Building: Identify opportunities and execute white-hat link building strategies to improve domain authority.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Own the SEO reporting dashboard using tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and BrightLocal.
  • SEO for New Brands & Acquisitions: Create SEO launch plans for new brands or acquired companies within the Bone Dry Family of Brands.

    • Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of SEO experience, preferably in-house or at an agency managing multi-location service businesses.
  • Deep knowledge of Google algorithm updates, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Experience with technical SEO audits and tools (Screaming Frog, AHREFs, Google Search Console, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Local SEO and experience managing multi-location SEO campaigns.
  • Comfortable using platforms and tools such as Ahrefs, Whitespark, Google Analytics 4, WordPress, and Unbounce.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills.
  • Bonus points for experience in roofing, home services, or multi-location businesses.
