Position Summary

GOLFTEC is looking for a Facilities Manager to join our growing team at our headquarters in Englewood, CO. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing the upkeep of our 180+ locations across the US using our internal ticketing system and communicating with our on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related service requests, coordinating timely repairs and maintenance through internal resources or external vendors, and following through to ensure work is completed on schedule and meets quality expectations.
  • Negotiating with contractors and vendors for repair and maintenance items within our 2500-3000 sq ft facilities across the US to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Essential communication with internal departments, exterior staff, vendors, and contractors to complete projects
  • Ensures effective cross-functional team coordination and communications within and outside the team.
  • Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, measuring progress, and adjusting accordingly, developing contingency plans, and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning
  • Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives
  • Other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible, hands-on attitude with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment for a growing company
  • Demonstrated prioritization skills.
  • Budget minded with strong negotiation skills
  • Computer proficiency using Microsoft Suite
  • Capable of making minor repairs to facilities
  • Construction knowledge
  • Ability to diagnose minor problems through communications with on-site staff.
  • Passion for golf is a plus
