The Customer Experience Advocate is responsible for receiving, evaluating and resolving all incoming calls regarding Disability Benefits Law (DBL) and Paid Family Leave (PFL) in a professional manner while delivering exemplary Customer Service to both internal and external customers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Deliver superior customer service with professional phone etiquette
Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and ensure follow-through
Manage calls effectively for one-call resolution and accurate documentation
Communicate claim status and process emails promptly
Assist callers with policy completion and meet production goals
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in business or related field preferred
1-3 years of relevant work experience in the Insurance Industry preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and empathy
Proficient in Microsoft Office
