Gibbs Oil Company is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to become a vital part of our team! In this fast-paced role, you will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our convenience store, ensuring exceptional service for our valued customers.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Supporting the store manager in managing store operations, supervising staff, handling inventory control, ensuring sales goals are met, maintaining cleanliness, training new employees, and providing excellent customer service. Your leadership will help create a positive environment that fosters teamwork and promotes customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Qualifications for the Assistant Store Manager position:
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cash register operations and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to uphold cleanliness and organization in the store.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
