AdvisaCare is seeking a Part-time RN for Private Duty client with our Phoenix AZ location.

Part time nursing needed for a client in N. Phoenix private home, caring for a Quadriplegic male.

Client Preference for Shifts: *8 hour shift 8-4, 4-12 and 12-8 shifts

Requirements

• Current AZ State Nursing License, TB test, CPR, Fingerprint clearance
• Clear Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen
• Reliable transportation, AZ Driver's License & Auto Insurance
• Experience with Quad care, Assessments, Bowel and Bladder care
• Good communication skills and timely documentation
