culture thrives, and daily operations run smoothly.
This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional office experience. It is responsible for
stocking, organizing, tracking, and reordering supplies across the office, while engaging with
employees in a warm, positive way.
What You’ll Do:
Snack & Breakroom Management:
● Maintain and restock Awardco’s main snack areas on the second and third floors,
including drinks, snacks, syrups, and treat stations.
● Restock and organize supplies in all breakrooms and the cafeteria area.
● Operate coffee, frazzle, and ice cream equipment, including cleaning when needed.
● Coordinate with Facilities, Workplace Experience, and other teams to address
maintenance, cleanliness, or supply issues.
Office Supply & Print Station Support:
● Keep print stations and office supply areas organized and well-stocked (e.g., notebooks,
pens, paperclips).
● Monitor and replenish basic first aid items at each station.
Restroom & Locker Room Support
● Restock hygiene supplies in all restrooms and locker room areas.
● Report any cleanliness, maintenance, or functionality concerns.
Inventory Tracking & Ordering:
● Track supply quantities, usage patterns, and reorder timelines to ensure consistent
availability.
● Coordinate with vendors and internal partners to facilitate reorders and deliveries.
● Maintain simple inventory tracking spreadsheets or tools provided by the team.
Culture & Employee Experience:
● Provide a warm, positive, and helpful presence throughout the office.
● Demonstrate Awardco’s values through daily interactions and quality of work.
● Support additional Workplace Experience initiatives and events as needed.

● Comfort using spreadsheets or basic digital tools.
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
● Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
● Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or service roles is a plus.
● Need to be able to get a food handler permit.
