We’re looking for a highly ambitious product person to join our Core Data team that builds Nelly’s unified, AI-native data platform: governed core models, high-quality data pipelines, and secure, self-serve access that power product teams and AI agents. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll shape the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the data foundations that power AI agents and end-to-end workflows in a regulated healthcare/fintech environment. You’ll own our data platform and core data models as a product and enable product teams, AI/ML, finance, and operations to reliably build on top of trusted, well-governed data.
About Nelly
We are a Tech Company and we believe healthcare should feel a lot less like paperwork… and a lot more like people. So we’re building the technology that lets medical practices run smoothly, simply, and without all the admin chaos that slows everyone down.
Our platform turns messy processes into smart, automated workflows, from patient journeys to billing to next-generation payments. Powered by AI, built for real humans, and designed to give medical teams the time and headspace they desperately need.
Why? Because Europe is facing a massive shortage of medical assistants. And if we don’t rethink how practices operate, the system won’t be able to keep up. We’re here to fix that, not with band-aids, but with real transformation.
We’re backed by €50M in Series B funding from world-class investors and are scaling fast to build Europe’s leading healthcare fintech. Our vision: empower over a million medical practices and make life better for millions of patients.
But here's the part we’re proudest of: we only work with nice people. It’s our number-one rule. No egos, no drama. Just kind, curious, hardworking humans building something meaningful together.
If that sounds like your kind of place — welcome to Nelly.
What you'll get to do
Own the Core Data platform vision and roadmap: Define a clear strategy for our core data models, contracts, pipelines, and self-serve access. Balance long-term platform investments with short-term enablement for concrete product use cases.
Build and evolve core data models and contracts: Partner with engineering to define and iterate data models for key entities (e.g. patient, practice, treatment plan, odontogram, invoices, billing events), and drive adoption of data contracts and schemas.
Enable AI agents and AI-powered products: Ensure interfaces (eg. APIs) and datasets for evaluation are in place for AI agents and workflows.
Prioritise improvements to data quality, documentation, and self-serve tooling so internal teams can reliably answer questions and ship features.
Design and own measurable platform KPIs (e.g. adoption, data quality, SLAs, time-to-integration, incident rate) and connect them back to business outcomes (revenue, quality, operational efficiency, risk).
Collaborate across departments and teams, and stay close to the end user to deeply understand workflows and translate them into effective, reusable platform capabilities.
What you'll bring
6+ years of Product Management experience.
Track record of owning or building data platforms or platform enablement products in a production setting (serving real product use cases and end-user-facing products).
Experience enabling AI / LLM-based use cases or agents by making data accessible via interfaces and evaluation datasets.
Strong data & technical literacy: Solid grasp of data modeling for canonical entities, familiarity with modern data platform concepts (cloud data warehouses, orchestration, data contracts, data quality & observability etc.) and strong SQL skills.
Platform & systems thinker:
Thinks in reusable building blocks, contracts, and core models, not one-off reports.
Treats documentation, APIs, and SLAs as first-class parts of the product.
Exceptional problem analysis and solving skills: Can go deep and cross-domain - all the way to the end user, see non-obvious edge cases and downstream effects early, and clearly connect them to business outcomes.
Strong cross-department collaboration skills: you like being at the centre of interactions across teams and departments, can reduce complexity for non-technical stakeholders, and can say “no / not yet” with clear reasoning.
Although capable of identifying dynamics for scale and optimisation, you are creative and willing to iterate and learn fast, with a hypothesis-testing mindset similar to growth teams.
PLUS: Experience in heavily regulated industries (e.g. healthcare, insurance, fintech) and comfort translating legal/compliance constraints into product and platform requirements.
