For our Marketing department, we are looking for a Working Student (f/m/d) in Event Marketing as soon as possible:
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and execution of events, including logistics, venue research, shipments, booth materials, and on-site organization.
- Prepare event documentation such as briefs, debriefs, run sheets, and material lists.
- Support communication and coordination with suppliers and agencies.
- Manage event-related documentation, file organization, and updates in shared systems.
- Help prepare presentations, event briefs, and internal updates.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
- First experience in event organization, marketing, or student-led initiatives is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and comfort interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility and openness to occasionally support on-site during events.
