We’re looking for a Channel Director, APAC, who will define and implement our Channel Strategy and Program, including enablement, sales management, marketing, and operations. Reporting to the General Manager, Commercial, you would be responsible for generating the channel pipeline and ARR for APAC. This role will be fully remote.
What would you do, if hired?
- Manage relationships with over 100 existing regional partners such as VAR/SIs, GSIs, accounting firms, domain-specific Solution Providers, and boutique SIs, agencies, and more
- Identify and recruit new channel partners, including strategic partners to lead us into new market segments and regions.
- Help execute on local partner enablement programs, including training and certification programs, to ensure that partners are equipped to sell and support Celigo products
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute joint marketing campaigns and sales initiatives with channel partners
- Manage channel partner performance and ensure partners are meeting or exceeding revenue targets and other performance metrics
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on channel partner performance to senior management
- Support the global partner team.
- Be a critical player in scaling the partner function in APAC
Who are we looking for?
Skills & Abilities
- Strong understanding of reseller, SI, VAR, and distributor models
- Ability to design and executive multi-tier partner programs (resellers, VARs, SIs, distributors)
- Ability to run partner events, webinars, and town halls
Education & Experience
- A sales leader who has at least 10+ years of experience in channel sales
- Proven success leading channel expansion in APAC (or similar multi-country region)
- Experience meeting or exceeding channel ARR targets
- Experience building training plans, certification content, and competency tracks
Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between AUD 200,000.00 - AUD 220,000.00 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
