Aspire Therapies is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Tennessee to join our pediatric therapy clinic in Bartlett. We welcome both experienced SLPs and recent graduates who have a strong passion for pediatrics.

The successful candidate will provide evaluations and direct patient care while collaborating with occupational therapists to support children’s overall development and therapy goals.

About Aspire Therapies

Aspire is a small, family-owned pediatric therapy practice serving children in Memphis and the Mid-South. Over the past five years, we have built strong referral relationships with area pediatricians and children’s hospitals.

We provide clinic-based treatment for children with autism (Levels 1–3), Down syndrome, ADHD, cerebral palsy, and developmental delays. Our practice is owned by an OTR/L and supported by a team that includes four exceptional COTAs.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations and provide speech-language therapy services for pediatric patients.
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists and other professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Monitor and document progress toward individualized therapy goals.
  • Communicate treatment results to caregivers and relevant professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and updated patient records in the company’s EHR system.
  • Submit billable notes within 36 hours of treatment.
  • Keep an accurate and current therapy schedule.
  • Provide therapy primarily at our Bartlett clinic.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Tennessee.
  • Ability to build rapport with patients, caregivers, and professionals.
  • Passion for helping children reach their developmental milestones.
  • Strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
