Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and travel advice.
- Effectively handle customer complaints and offer solutions, aiming for high satisfaction levels.
- Stay informed about the latest travel trends and Booking.com services to provide accurate guidance.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to resolve issues effectively and thoughtfully.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
