The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in warehouse or fulfillment environments with a strong track record of leading small teams and executing project-based work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily activities for the kitting, special projects, and FBA prep teams.
  • Review incoming project requests, scope of work, and timelines; assign tasks to ensure on-time completion.
  • Train team members on kitting procedures, Amazon FBA packaging/prep guidelines, labeling requirements, and quality control standards.
  • Oversee multi-step assembly processes—ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and consistent workflow.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy for all components, finished goods, and project materials.
  • Work with operations leadership to optimize workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and improve efficiency.
  • Perform regular audits of completed work to ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements.
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding project status, delays, or resource needs.
  • Assist with hands-on operational work as needed during peak volume or complex projects.
  • Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Amazon FBA prep requirements (labeling, poly-bagging, carton requirements, hazmat, etc.)
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to interpret project specs, SOPs, and customer instructions with high accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with warehouse systems (WMS), spreadsheets, and project trackers.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and coach a team.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay ($20 – $22/hr based on experience)
  • Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and paid holidays (for full-time employees)
  • Opportunity for growth within a fast-paced fulfillment organization.
  • A supportive, collaborative work environment
  • Training on specialized project and FBA workflows
